Landlord has a cat that stays back in kitchen and laundry areas. NO OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED. 1 person $1650 For stay of 6+ months 2 persons $1850 For stay of 6+ months Minimum stay of 3 months. Rent is adjusted to: 1 person $1850 2 persons $2150 *If you move in as a single person and add another adult person permanently your rent will be adjusted and prorated for the rest of the month. Overnight guests over the age of 18 are acceptable if they are amenable and polite to other housemates. Visitors should park on the street leaving driveway spaces for tenants. Many of our tenants' work from home several days a week. It is expected that quiet will be maintained during the day and after 10PM in the evening. Children are discouraged from visiting during the day as the house and yard areas are not child- friendly. There is a nice park community center, playground, and the WO&D walking trail with two blocks. Rent is due the 1 st of each month by check or money order. A late fee of $5 per day is applied after 5 th of the month. One month rent is due as a security deposit before an actual move in. Check must clear the bank before you may move in. Credit cards are not accepted. You will receive a refund within 7 days of vacating premises if left in acceptable condition and a forwarding address is provided. Mail forwarding will occur for two weeks only after vacating premises. Move Out instructions are provided.
