Systems Engineer
Insight Global is looking for a system engineer to work onsite at Norfolk Naval Station in Norfolk, Virginia.
There will be options for remote work as well.
They would be supporting CNIC N6.
The contractor will be actively monitoring all operational condition of systems/computers on site at the base.
They will perform basic system and maintenance functions on these systems as well.
They will perform SCAP/STIG functions as assigned when Quarterly STIG updates are released, configure servers and appliances to meet functional specifications and cybersecurity requirements, and evaluate existing systems to suggest changes to meet organizational requirements.
Minimum Requirements- Security
Certification - SSBI (T5) Clearance - 5
years of experience as a system engineer/administrator- Active Directory- Linux- Storage, Virtualization, IA/Cyber Security compliance- STIG/SCAP- Good communication and personality Desired Skills- Powershell- MySQL- MS Forefront Identity Management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
