Provides clinical services according to specialized ultrasound practice standards and acts as a resource to students, nurses, fellows and other technologists, to ensure optimal department functionsAdministers sound patient care practices according to hospital and department policies and procedures, to ensure the safety of the patientsDemonstrates safety for patients, staff and self as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines, to ensure the safety of patients and staffMaintains equipment, exam rooms and work areas in a neat and safe condition, to ensure the safety of the patients and employeesCompletes ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations ## Requirements
Experience:
Minimum two years experience in an Echo/Vascular Laboratory Education:
Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program or 5 years directly relevant on the job training Certification:
BLS and at least one of the following:
ARDMS Registered with RDCS Certification or CCI Registered with RCS Certification for Echo ARDMS with RVT or CCI with the RVS Certification for Vascular or Registry eligible and must obtain within 2 years of hireOur commitment to keeping patients safe means theres no safer place for you to work.
