Director of Integrated Marketing Communications The Director of Integrated Marketing Communications (MarComm) develops omni-channel strategies and drives execution and collaboration across teams to meet and exceed marketing goals.
He/she will partner with creative, communications, and business development to orchestrate end-to-end marketing strategies for key initiatives and campaign launches.
The Director acts as a conduit between the brand, the creative team, digital marketing, external and internal communications to create an incredible team member and client experience.
He/she ensures flawless execution of corporate messaging, both internally and externally.
In this role, he/she will lead the ideation, visualization, development and execution of annual marketing campaigns.
The Director will collaborate with marketing team members to guide content development, messaging, and strategy for the campaign, and is ultimately responsible for managing the execution.
This role leads both internal and external crisis and safety communications in collaboration with the legal and risk management and safety teams.
He/she will inform and advise the executive and senior leadership teams on change management, risk mitigation, and safety communications.
The Director collaborates with marketing leaders, as well as senior and executive leadership from operations and corporate resources departments.
He/she may oversee one or more direct reports and is expected to lead corporate initiatives and deliver on department goals.
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communication.

Responsibilities Marketing campaign management - Lead the ideation, visualization, development, and execution of annual marketing campaigns in support of the firm's marketing plan and strategic vision.
Collaborate with marketing team members to guide content development, messaging, and strategy for the campaign, and ultimately be responsible for managing the execution.
Collaborate with marketing / branding team leaders to develop corporate messaging and ensure implementation across all platforms.
Ensure the content of the corporate website, social medial channels, and other collateral align and support the marketing strategy.
Advertising - Contribute to the advertising strategy to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging throughout the organization and external outlets.
Content development - Develop strategic marketing content from technical experts and seek channels to communicate externally through publications, speaking engagements, roundtable discussions, webinars, etc.
Internal communications - Curate and develop content and messaging for multi-channel internal communications.
Change management - Develop process and guidelines for communicating change to employees; devise tools, timing, and recommended information shares to leadership to improve the flow of consistent and well-developed information for our employees.
Measure effectiveness and devise systems to ensure accountability.
Regional engagement - Provide focused efforts to further garner employee engagement from regional offices via regular and tailored employee communications.
Team / sector relations - Develop tools and tactics to help leaders better communicate within their sectors / regions / teams, as well as across teams.
Crisis communications - Manage the crisis communications process and execution, working closely with risk management, operations, and executive leadership.
Safety communications - Partner with the safety team to develop and implement a strategy for creating effective and impactful safety and risk mitigation communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
Executive communications - Develop relationships with key internal partners such as operations executives, sector and regional leaders, and corporate resources senior leadership.
Attend key meetings such as Enterprise Governance, Corporate Steering (as necessary), Operations Executives, etc.
Develop methods and tools to capture, manage, and share key messages amongst executive and senior leadership for increased alignment.
Develop processes to ensure key messages / news is being communicated by leaders to team members.
Develop and execute corporate initiatives, identifying innovative approaches and managing KPIs to increase effectiveness.
Recruit, retain, and develop MarComm talent, ensuring new leadership through coaching and mentoring Act as a brand ambassador for the firm, representing HITT in industry and professional organizations and events.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or English is required; Master's degree is desirable 10
years of experience in increasing roles of responsibility in marketing, branding, communications, or PR, or a combination thereof is required Experience in B2B or professional services is required; experience in the AEC field or agency setting is a plus Experience managing dynamic teams in a corporate environment is required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, SharePoint, CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics), email automation, social media, and content management systems (Drupal / WordPress) is required Proven experience in developing and implementing process, creating efficiencies, and identifying KPIs to prove ROI is required Budget development / management experience is desirable Proven experience developing and executing MarComm strategies and campaigns is required Experience managing crisis communications and media relations is required Excellent writing, communication, and public speaking skills are required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with changing priorities Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects across a variety of functions HITT Contracting Inc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
