DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for a client of ours that specializes in technology solutions for the government! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity in Fairfax, VA and would entail support to the CEO well as assistance with office operations, facilities, and HR support.
We are looking for an energetic, "go-getter" candidate who has 3-7 years of experience supporting senior level executives, excellent communication skills (in person and in writing), superb time management and multi-tasking ability, high-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), exudes polish and professionalism at all times, and is pro-active in their work approach.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: managing electronic schedules, meeting coordination, preparing written correspondence on behalf of executives, screening and routing calls, preparing and coordinating various reports, expense reporting, travel coordination and logistics, tracking budgets, ordering office supplies, personal assistance on occasion, and other administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting high level executives, be comfortable with personal assistance on occasion (some errands, travel coordination), and be able to also create efficiencies in the organization, make recommendations, and assist with departmental projects. This is an exciting opportunity in which one would be able to leverage their support expertise with C-levels and also wear other "hats" in the organization. Salary 45-50k plus benefits, close to restaurants and shopping!
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
3-7 years' experience supporting senior level or C-level executives as well as providing other departmental project support
Experience providing personal assistance
Bachelor's degree, English or Journalism degree is a plus!!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
