Responsibilities:
Join the Noblis Organization and Professional Development team as we continuously work to improve our culture, employee engagement, employee effectiveness, organizational effectiveness and professional development. Our team seeks a professional who has proven Organization Development and Leadership Development capabilities. A well-rounded background is preferred. This position is responsible for a mix of OD and PD interventions.
Participate in the full employee development life cycle from onboarding through the exit interview process
Conduct needs assessments, perform gap analysis, research best practices and develop interventions for specific organization development efforts to increase employee engagement, improve organization effectiveness and accelerate strategy implementation.
Participate on a team to integrate our newly acquired subsidiary into the Noblis culture
Understand and leverage the interaction between organization development and leadership development, feeding information between the two and identifying and delivering OD and PD solutions that support each other.
Participate in building a development culture where individuals are identifying and mining the learning from on the job experiences.
Perform full cycle professional development: requirements gathering, training development (or purchasing of training), rollout of the training and application follow up
Manage our learning management system.
Facilitate networking and development activities.
Build trusting relationships across Noblis, to gather information, build consensus and develop solutions that work for specific units or corporate wide.
Qualifications:
Required education/experience level: Masters (OD or related area)
5 years of experience. Professional development and Corporate OD experience required, leadership development experience preferred. Additional experience in other HR related areas desired.
Capable of building strong relationships.
Demonstrate credibility and professional approach in consulting work.
Proven track record sourcing data through a variety of sources: interviews, focus groups, research
Able to synthesize data, analyze it, develop potential solutions and implement the solutions.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing OD interventions and integrating acquisitions.
