THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH ) is seeking a marketing administrator position performs multiple duties, including performing marketing administration, facilitating planning and attendance at industry trade shows, forecasting, budgeting, and coordinating display material and attendees.
Lead marketing administration for CENTECH through anticipating marketing requirements, i.e. collateral, trade show attendance, as CENTECH contracts are captured and technical and management capabilities expand and ensuring marketing collateral is reflective of corporate strengths and marketing programs
Develop the annual trade show participation schedule, focusing on the objectives of attending the show and forecasting and coordinating marketing collateral and attendees required for each trade show
Develop the annual marketing administration and trade show budget
Provide oversight in assessing products developed by CENTECH's business growth team members, specifically business development professionals and capture managers, to ensure all documentation is developed and maintained in CENTECH's capture system
Contribute to the addition of CENTECH full-time equivalents (FTEs) by providing assistance to the CENTECH corporate solutions architect with proposals as needed
Eight (8) years demonstrated, successful, and verifiable experience in marketing administration is required
Four (4) years experience in facilitating, budgeting, and planning attendance at industry trade shows, conferences and expos is required
Three (3) years experience in managing an information technology (IT) program or project is desired
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or similar discipline is required. Master's degree preferred
Secret Security Clearance is not required
