The Senior Consultant will contribute to business development by managing proposal efforts and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients. Senior Consultants direct and manage large projects or a series of smaller projects, ensuring that all projects are conducted with sound methods and techniques. Successful candidates will have significant research experience in the specific content area as well as experience in business development, staff supervision, grant or proposal writing, and program evaluation.

Directing and managing large projects or a series of smaller projects
Responsibility for project budget management, deliverables, client relations, and staff supervision
Requirements
Bachelors degree with 7
years of post-graduate experience or a Master's with 5
years of post-graduate experience
5
years of experience in healthcare consulting and/or health program, research / analysis
5
years experience working with public programs such as Medicare and/or Medicaid.
2
years experience organizing and supervising the work of others.
Experience in federal or state operations or in a healthcare service delivery setting strongly desired
Knowledge of CMS claims data preferable
Strong quantitative skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong customer presentation skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
