Our Digital Measures practice more specifically focuses on re-imagining the measurement of patient experience in clinical and real-world studies by establishing strategies and methodologies for development of digital endpoints and measures collected through digital sensors.

What will make the Associate Director successful As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading and providing subject matter expertise and oversight on projects in the field of digital measurement, ensuring modern and rigorous scientific methodologies and recommendations to clients, and supporting strategic insights.

In your day-to-day role, you willLead project teams to deliver high-quality strategic deliverables on development of digital measures, following rigorous methodologies and regulatory guidanceContribute to development of strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks to improve how IQVIA and our customers engage with patients to innovate in the field of digital measures developmentAttend, support, and present at customer meetingsLead development and writing of proposals with senior inputContribute to internal initiatives to grow and expand the Digital Measure service offeringsDrive internal scientific activities pertaining to quality, consistency and thought leadership through internal workstreams and external collaborationsAdvise clients on good practice in generating patient experience data, and how it addresses needs for evidence generation and dissemination, regulatory and market access strategySupport people-related activities such as recruitment, training and developmentWhat the successful candidate brings to IQVIAAt least 5 years of experience in consulting/research within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industryAt least 3 years of previous experience in scientific advice and leadership in generating and using patient experience data in submission to regulatory bodies, payers or for publication; preferably with exposure to digital measures development, digital endpoint strategies and, submission of regulatory dossiers including digital measuresAbility to engage meaningfully with clients and project teamsAbility to lead scientific research projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting, facilitating meetings and workshops, and report writingExcellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to qualityDemonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skillsAn ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasksAn ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in multi-disciplinary and international teamsAvid interest in digital health technologies and life sciences industriesA willingness and ability to travel ( 20%)IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $167,400.
