Qualifications:
- Must have experience in office environment - Full knowledge of Microsoft Outlook - Advanced Knowledge of QuickBooks Online -Advanced Knowledge of Excel -Must be fluent in English, very advanced level to compose letters, emails and handle telephone conversations with English-only speakers.
-Accounting background required.
Responsibilities:
- Entry accounting Journal entries, contact and pay vendors, contact providers and reconcile accounting records at the end of each month and maintain the Accounts receivable ledger.
-Clerical tasks, redact letters to clients, call clients, sort mail, organize supplies and company inventory, maintain files, make copies, scan documents etc.
