Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained.
