and the Somerville Bath and Kitchen Store, a leading distributor of plumbing and HVAC equipment and supplies in the Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking a design consultant to join our Falls Church, VA showroom team.
Our Showrooms are fully functioning and specialize in luxury kitchen and bath products for any home.
The ideal Sales/Design Consultant candidate will possess the following:
Required Skills/Knowledge of:
Ability to troubleshoot customer problems Handle telephone inquiries and orders Resolve customer problems involving merchandise, design questions, product returns, repairs, warranty, etc.
Develop and maintain customer relationships Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise using product and design knowledge Maintain knowledge of all product offerings available Use order entry system to accurately enter product information for ordering Follow up as required on sales transactions to ensure correct product order, changes, product availability, ship date Effectively use Office 365 Plumbing:
1 year (Preferred) Sales:
1 year (Preferred) Minimum
Qualifications:
