Job DescriptionAs an Infusion Center Registered Nurse, you will communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others while having respect for and an understanding of other clinical disciplines.

Providing direction and guidance to others regarding practice while serving as a resource, preceptor and mentor is of vital importance.

Your ability to provide comprehensive patient and family education including information about treatments, medications, chemotherapy and other appropriate items, while keeping patients and families informed about all aspects of the plan of care, is required.
Working with members of the healthcare team to provide patients and families with appropriate resources and support is expected.
This role is for the Woodburn Infusion Clinic Some floating to other clinics may be required from time to timeAs a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor, you will serve as a front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to quality and best practices to improve the clinical operations of the unit.

Supporting unit based shared governance and decentralized decision making structures and processes is of vital importance.
Acting as a role model who leads by example in delivering Service Always and in making patient experience a priority on units of responsibility is required.

RequirementsAt least one year ofRegistered Nurse Clinicalexperience.
Associate Degree RNs withinone year of completing theirBSN.
Completion of revisedCharge Nurse Workshopwithin the first 90 days.
BLS required.
Specialtycertification (as required byunit) within 1 year of hire.
