7K a year 15 hours ago 15 hours ago 15 hours ago Job Description Seeking a highly skilled contractor to assist in resolving the approximately 10,000 help desk tickets received each year.
This position would join the Desktop Support Team, which is responsible for the bulk of touch-labor support for nearly 3,000 staff spread over approximately 50 locations and 207 Health Rooms.
Role and Responsibilities Advanced level desktop support including Operating System (OS) imaging, hardware, software, mobile device deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, inventory, computer relocation, commercial off the shelf (COTS) and internal applications support, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Contractor will provide staff with experience in:
Windows OS Administration:
Windowsl0 Enterprise, ActiveSync and various VDI solutions.
Desktop support includes Hardware/Software troubleshooting in Windows Active Directory and enterprise domain environments.
Knowledge in troubleshooting enterprise printers Knowledge in rapid deployments, OS imaging, mobile devices, MS Office365 Suite familiarity and various COTS software packages.
Virtual Private Network support.
The contractor will be required to do one (1) week of second shift work on an approximate seven (7) week rotating basis.
Second shift will begin at 2 pm and end at 10 pm Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays are required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
