Primary Job Duties:
Creating product listings for computers, servers, and hardware on popular eCommerce platforms (e.
g.
eBay, Amazon) utilizing our preferred language and writing style Photographing items to maximize the appeal and effectiveness of product listings Editing technical product descriptions for readability and market appeal Performing quality assurance testing of electronic products, including following data security protocols Other Duties As Assigned:
Conduct product research using platform-based marketing tools Visually assessing electronics, finding items that are valuable Functional testing of consumer electronics, including:
printers, monitors, networking equipment, handheld devices, VoIP equip.
Writing detailed and accurate descriptions of items to be sold Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English Competent internet research skills Some technical troubleshooting background preferred (e.
g.
power-cycling a desktop PC, or factory-resetting a mobile device) Official or unofficial work experience is permitted and will be considered Broad general knowledge of computers, electronics, and other technology-based items This is a great resume-building job for anyone interested in electronics/IT or eCommerce merchandising.
You will get your hands on a diverse mix of consumer and enterprise tech.
