We are looking for Administrative Assistants to provide a host of administrative services including permit processing support (clones processing), assist the lead customer service attendant in answering questions from the public, responding to inquiries, and filing reports in permits, and support data entry.

Administratively processes applications for permits within the permitting program to provide adequate review of proposed activities relative to procedural requirements and to provide timely permit processing and effective customer service.
Organizes, monitors, and tracks personal application workload.
Collaborates and cooperates with others to complete work products by coordinating with involved parties.
Checks and performs processing of clone requests received in the office; compares information submitted with information previously recorded; and, considers and evaluates sources of information.
Data entry - utilize systems to enter, track, manage, and compile data accurately and efficiently.
Process incoming mail Follows administrative, clerical roles, practices and procedures Requirements Skill in resolving problems and issues, and in dealing with people in a tactful and personable manner, both on the phone, in writing and in person.
Attention to detail.
Experience in quality control and assurance.
Skill in navigating and working in electronic systems, ideally has familiarity working a ServiceNow operating system.
Public trust security clearance.
Ability to adhere to privacy act and records retention requirements.
Ability to learn and comply with ePermits procedures for entry and retrieval of data regarding permits and licenses.
Ability to search records or guidelines.
Skill in database entry and extraction, record keeping and tracking, and communication logs.
Ability to maintain computer records, to conduct computer searches, and print computer reports.
Skill in dealing with wide range of people in a polite and tactful manner.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manage high volume workload.
Data entry experience.
Ability to do repetitive tasks with focus and minimal errors.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
