Successful candidate should meet description requirements and be comfortable performing job responsibilities as listed.
Work will support multiple contracts with Federal programs and initiatives focused on improving health, welfare, and community integration for persons with disabilities and older adults.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, business or related field preferred.
This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities Work both independently and as part of a team on special projects to support project teams in the following areas:
Communications o Maintain contact lists o Manage distribution of communications.
o Distribute electronic surveys, tracking responses and compiling results.
Meeting Management and Support o Coordinate and provide support for webinars and teleconferences o Ensure materials available to all participants o Take notes and draft summary reports Website and System Support o Monitor entries in tracking system, identify errors, and coordinate corrective actions with system users o Assist users with passwords and system access o Maintain current online library, updating documents and materials as approved Other Project Coordination Support o Manage travel requirements for team members o Maintain electronic files on shared drive o Provide general administrative support including, but not limited to, formatting and finalizing o Word and PowerPoint documents o Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets o Provide other administrative support duties as assigned Requirements 1-3 years of experience Mastery of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with Zoom, Adobe and other meeting support platforms a plus.
Detail oriented.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to self-manage and multitask across various projects.
Works well individually and as part of a team.
Customer friendly.
