Our Assistant Managers help run the daily activities of the Swim Teachers and adhere to the Big Blue Swim School standards.
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills and we will provide all necessary training for lesson and pool related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Coach and instruct teachers in providing safe and effective swim lessons Conduct daily monitoring and review of instruction and student progress to ensure appropriate progression Communicate with parents/customers on a regular basis to provide appropriate status updates and a high level of customer service Ensure teachers are adhering to Big Blue Swim School principles and curriculum Enforce all safety procedures and required certifications Ensure efficient building operations including cleanliness, water quality, and pump room operations Other duties as assigned Required
Qualifications:
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred High School Diploma/GED required Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions Must possess the ability to communicate and respond to student and customer interactions Ability to work in the pool as needed Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Will train for lifeguard, CPR, CPO certifications.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
