com/foundersrow/ The Head Chef is responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, maintenance of quality standards:
sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, cost control, sanitation and cleanliness.
This position will require leadership, management, communication, menu engineering, culinary skills and food safety knowledge.
NOTE:
We are NOT a corporate restaurant with all of its menus, systems and processes in place.
We are looking to empower you with creativity and freedom to help build Chasin' Tails, Nue and Roll Play into something great.
Our head chef will need to be hungry , humble , smart and have the ability to execute.
Our head chef will be expected to show care while always challenging us and other teammates to improve.
Our head chef must love learning and growing with an open mind.
Our head chef must spread good vibes and have empathy and compassion for people.
Our head chef must be looking creative solutions that benefit everyone involved.
We're looking for a back and forth, long-term win-win relationship and promise that there are growth opportunities down the road.
