Job Description:
The Strategic Technology Protection and Exploitation (STP&E) Directorate within the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Joint Federated Analysis Center (JFAC). JFAC's mission is to support trusted defense system needs and ensure the security of software, firmware, and hardware development, acquired, maintained, and used by the DoD The Program Analyst will support the JFAC through coordination, collaboration, and implementation of policy and guidance and external communications as well as in the management of operations:
Support activities include:
Support resource planning, execution, and tracking; Development and implementation of website content recommendations for JFAC Coordination and collaboration activities on NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS information sharing forums; Implementation activities that support the alignment with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement supply chain risk management implementation, Produce tasks including preparation of plans, briefs, findings, assessments, white papers, articles, reviews, recommendations, minutes, actions, action tracking, point papers, executive summaries, coordination, and reporting across all levels of government leadership. Capture and prepare minutes and notes from the JFAC meetings for Government approval and publish them after Government to the JFAC website. Produce weekly updates on meetings held and provide synopses. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE TOP SECRET w/ SCI clearance required Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Analyze system solutions to complex and challenging DoD problems Lead major project technical tasks using formal quality control methods Ability to develop and execute analysis / study plans that address complex problems, examine trade-offs and produce information and data rich products and artifacts Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
